This notice describes how personal data is processed when you visit undermark.ch or contact us. The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) applies.
Hosting and connection data
The website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland. When you visit, the hosting provider processes technical connection data such as your IP address, time, requested URL, response status and browser information. This information is used to deliver the website, diagnose errors and prevent abuse. According to its documentation, Infomaniak retains access and error logs for at least seven days.

Contact by email
When you write to us, Andreas Pfund processes your email address, name and the contents and attachments you provide to answer your enquiry and discuss a possible project. Email for undermark.ch is received through Hostpoint AG, Rapperswil, Switzerland. Your own email provider also processes the message when you send it.
The email link opens your own email app. Clicking it alone does not send us a message. This website does not operate a contact form or store a message database.
We retain correspondence for as long as it is needed to handle your enquiry, carry out a commission or meet statutory retention obligations. We then delete it unless there are legitimate reasons to retain it further. We do not share it for advertising.
Cookies, analytics and media
This website sets no analytics or marketing cookies and uses no tracking pixels. Fonts, images and the brand animation are served from our own hosting. We do not create visitor profiles or make automated individual decisions.
If a project offers a YouTube film, the external player loads only after your explicit click. YouTube then receives connection data, including your IP address; processing abroad, including in the USA, is possible. Without activation there is no connection to YouTube. External text links connect you to the respective website only when you open them.
Your rights
You may request information about the processing of your personal data and ask for it to be corrected or deleted, subject to the applicable legal conditions. Please use the email address above. We may ask for proof of identity to avoid disclosing data to unauthorised people. Statutory retention requirements may prevent deletion.
