A furniture enquiry carries no commitment. We discuss and agree on the design, scope, price and timing personally.

No objects are currently available for direct ordering. Online payments are not enabled and we do not accept pre-orders. The following terms apply to future direct orders of standard items. Actual shipping costs and delivery times will be published with each offer.

Ordering and contract

Select the item and quantity and enter your contact and delivery details. Before placing your order, you can check and correct your details and see the item price, shipping charge and total in CHF. Clicking the final button marked «Place order & pay» submits a binding order. The purchase contract is formed when UNDERMARK electronically confirms the order after successful payment confirmation. You receive the order confirmation by email.

Prices and VAT

All prices and payments are in Swiss francs (CHF). UNDERMARK is not registered for VAT and does not charge VAT. The item price, shipping charge and total are shown before you place your order.

Delivery

No goods are currently being dispatched.

Small shop items are initially delivered only to addresses in Switzerland. The shipping price and delivery time shown for the item and before checkout apply to your order. We do not make a general promise of free shipping or a fixed delivery period. Delivery of individually agreed furniture commissions is arranged separately.

Payment

Only the payment methods displayed at checkout are available. Your bank or payment app may require additional authorisation. A failed or cancelled payment attempt is not a confirmed order.

Voluntary returns

We offer a voluntary 14-day return period from receipt for unused, complete standard items. Notify workshop@undermark.ch within this period, quoting your order number. You do not need to give a reason. Then send the carefully packed item to UNDERMARK, Andreas Pfund, Bäckerstrasse 13, 4658 Däniken SO, Switzerland within 14 days of your notification. A timely notification does not depend on receiving a reply from UNDERMARK. Keep proof of postage.

You pay the return shipping costs. Items made to your specifications or personalised for you are excluded from this voluntary return policy. Your rights concerning defective or incorrectly supplied items are unaffected.

Refunds

For a complete, eligible return, we refund the item price and the original standard shipping charge. For a partial return, we refund the returned items; shipping costs for the items you keep are not refunded. We initiate the refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Your payment provider may need additional processing time before the credit appears.

Cancellations

You may cancel a standard order free of charge by emailing workshop@undermark.ch before it is handed to the carrier. Your message must arrive before handover. We refund any amounts already paid, including shipping, to the original payment method within 14 days. After handover, the voluntary return policy applies. Custom commissions are governed by their individually agreed terms.

Defects and incorrect deliveries

Check your item on receipt and notify workshop@undermark.ch promptly of any defects or incorrect delivery, preferably with your order number and a description or photographs. Report hidden defects when you discover them. We will discuss the next steps and any necessary return with you. The voluntary return conditions do not limit your statutory rights for defects; in particular, those rights are not subject to a general 14-day return deadline.

For valid claims concerning defects or incorrect deliveries, UNDERMARK covers the necessary return shipping costs. Please contact us before sending the item back so that we can arrange the return with you.
